We are looking for an energetic Audit and Dispute Specialist who will own the work effort to deliver AMI Strategies services in compliance with Client’s Contract and Statement of Work.
Dispute specialist responsibilities include; knowledge and understanding of telecom invoices and CSR’s (customer service records) and related invoice charges; skilled at questioning charges on these invoices and the ability to resolve identified billing issues.
• Operate as the lead point of contact regarding the client / supplier invoice accuracy relationship.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, trusted advisor relationship with Client and AMI internal account management team.
• Forecast and track key account metrics for dispute management activities; Assist with priority requests or escalations as needed
Qualification and Skills
Computer skills; Microsoft Products; Deep understanding of Excel
Background in Telecommunications, Technology – preferably billing and contract related
Assertive personality; willingness to work in an awesome team environment at a company that’s on the grow!
