Implementation Specialist

AMI Strategies provides invoice expense management services to our clients via a SaaS web application. We are currently in need of an Implementation Specialist to help support our expense management software. The successful candidate will be part of an implementation team that will support the setup of new AMI clients in the expense management software.

Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will be part of the implementation team and will work with new AMI clients to establish a project plan and timeline, collect and populate client data into the expense management system, facilitate communication between the vendor, client and AMI teams, conduct regular status meetings and ensure client satisfaction and understanding.

Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidate will have an attention to detail, demonstrated work experience in MSOffice products (specifically spreadsheets), be task and schedule driven, good communication skills, professional decorum, be a self-starter.

Programmer

Job Summary

AMI Strategies provides invoice expense management services to our clients via a SaaS web application. We are currently in need of a junior level software developer to help support our expense management software and create and maintain data translator services. The successful candidate will help to create and maintain data translator services and reporting, critical to the success of the product – and offer excellent technical support.

Responsibilities and Duties

The responsibilities of this position include analyzing data formats from vendors, creating and maintaining data translator utilities in C#, XML and MSAccess, creating and executing SQL queries, providing support to internal and external customers, participate in team meetings, understand the invoice expense management web application and report development.

Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or other related field of study, able to work independently and efficiently without a lot of supervision, be proactive when dealing with problems and driving a solution, demonstrated knowledge of development in the areas C#, HTML, XML, MSAccess, SQL and Javascript, a working understanding of database tables and structures, and strong attention to detail.

ROI Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic ROI Analyst who will own the telecom invoice accuracy. They will direct and administer a work effort to deliver AMI Strategies services in compliance with agreed Contract and Statement of Work. Candidate will be passionate/accountable for vendor invoice accuracy.

ROI Analyst responsibilities include; knowledge in reading and understanding telecom invoices and CSR’s (customer service records); preferably Verizon and AT&T, skilled at questioning the vendor regarding  charges on these invoices and also has the ability to negotiate credits and terms with the vendor.

Computer skills; Microsoft Products, deep understanding of Excel, assertive personality.

Responsibilities and Duties

The responsibilities of this position include operating as the lead point of contact regarding the client/vendor invoice accuracy relationship. Successful candidate will build and maintain strong, long-lasting, trusted relationship with internal Account Management team, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our ROI management activities according to client statement of work. Must have the ability to communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal account manager stakeholder – and client if required – forecast and track key account metrics for dispute management activities and assist with priority requests or escalations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for having a proven telecom invoice knowledge and/or other relevant experience, a background in telecommunications, technology, and technology billing focus. Must have a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively. Requires proven ability to manage multiple client accounts at a time – paying strict attention to detail, proven abilities in excel, pivot tables, macros, and more. Must be highly organized and understand how to prioritize based upon ROI benefit. Excellent listening, negotiation and persuasive skills, verbal and written communications skills.  BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
