Jane Sydlowski,
CEO and President

Jane is responsible for directing and growing a dynamic, experienced AMI team.  She is accountable for all business aspects of AMI Strategies and has created strategic vision for AMI that includes exceeding client expectation, profitable growth, and employee empowerment.  Jane has embraced a Human Centered Design approach that contributes to both the culture and hockey stick growth.      

During AMI Strategies thirty year history and under Jane’s leadership, she has been recognized by; Michigan State University as a “distinguished alumni”, Lawrence Tech as a “Leaders and Innovator”, and Rhonda Walker as a “Powerful Woman of Purpose.”   Jane also received the “Top Notable Women in Tech” from Crain’s Detroit Business. Jane serves on two Board of Directors;  MCWT Advisory Board Member and Greenpath Board Chair.  Jane has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University.  

Dean Keeler,
Vice President of Operations and Chief Technology Officer

In his role as vice president of operations and CTO, Dean Keeler manages internal and external teams to support all aspects of AMI Strategies’ proprietary temNOW™ system. He also formed AMI’s End User Group Forum so clients could suggest product enhancements and share knowledge with each other. He uses these requests in the Product Roadmap each year. Dean mentors and trains internal personnel and oversees client training requirements. He developed AMI’s training system and supports its continual improvement. Dean has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Aided Technology from Eastern Michigan University.

Charles P. Barnes,
CFO, General Counsel

Charlie oversees all finance, accounting, legal and human resource functions for the company.  He has been affiliated with the company for more than 25 years and has filled multiple roles during the dynamic growth phases.  Mr. Barnes has had a diverse career with roles as VP-Sales, Director of Finance, CFO, Investment Banker, and Attorney within multiple industries.  He is first and foremost an entrepreneur.         

Charlie has a BBA in Finance,  is a Walsh College Master of Finance candidate and holds a Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University.  

Charlie has served on the Board of Directors for several charities and associations including the American Heart Association, the Michigan Cancer Foundation Partners and the Tooling Manufacturing and Technologies Association.  Mr. Barnes is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.  

David Boonie,
Vice President

As vice president, David is responsible for global business development, customer relationship, sales, and growth of global enterprise, medium business and Fortune 1000 customers. David has a deep history in the telecommunications and technology space with over a decade at industry leader Verizon as a vice president, along with prior leadership roles in operations, engineering and client service. David is a high-integrity, passionate leader delivering a differentiated customer experience based upon the unique requirements of AMI’s clients.

A Michigan native and lifelong resident of the Detroit area, David served on the board of directors for the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC), and is active in Detroit-area charities.

Jon Dezelsky,
Executive Vice President

As executive vice president, Jon manages AMI Strategies M&A work, partner programs, and marketing. He also sits on the management team to help develop strategy and direction for AMI. Jon has 20 years of executive experience in software sales & marketing, capital acquisition, client services, and team coaching. His companies have been recognized for the Colorado small business of the year award and the Colorado Ethics in Business Award.

Jon currently lives in Denver, Colorado where he is active in the local community and has sat on numerous boards, including as Vice Chair of the Colorado Business Roundtable and a board member of Ocean Journey.
