This position is a hands-on management position, effectively performing, managing, directing and coordinating all human resource functions. Works closely with Corporate CFO and Business Leaders and their teams.
The successful candidate will lead the following efforts:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Benefits Administration
- Attendance Programs
- Employee engagement
- Human Resource – Merits, Performance, Discipline, Consultation,
- Performance Management
- Employee training and development – career planning
- Employment Law – Stays on top of local employment law
Qualifications and Skills:
The successful candidate with have experience and skills in the MS Office products (Excel, Office and Word), QuickBooks, an attention to detail, be task and schedule driven. They will have 4 plus years’ experience in Human Resources, ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to communicate at all levels with diverse individuals.
