Job Title: Import Specialist
Reports To: Operations Director
AMI Strategies provides expense management services to our clients via a SaaS web application. We currently have an opening for an Import Specialist to assist in retrieving and uploading invoice data into the AMI expense management system.
The successful candidate with gather invoice data using various methods such as mail, email, vendor websites and data feeds, prepare the invoice data to be uploaded into the AMI expense management system using existing tools and processes, attend internal and client meetings as required and communicate with vendor, clients and internal staff to setup new feeds, get invoice copies, resolve import issues and provide status. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualification and Skills
The successful candidate with have experience and skills in the MS Office products (Excel), an attention to detail, be task and schedule driven, experience with large data sets, possess the ability to work in a team and be able to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. Additional experience with databases and SQL and being able to understand a telecom invoice is desired.
