AMI Strategies provides Mobility Help Desks assistance for our clients via phone, email and ticketing communication. We currently have an opening for an afternoon Help Desk Specialist to help support several customers. The successful candidate will be part of a team that support several different customers and provides assistance with ordering, troubleshooting and setting up mobile phones for End Users remotely.
The successful candidate will provide first contact and incident resolution to customers with mobile problems. Issues are submitted via calls, emails and ticket requests. Candidate will work through issues to completion with end user, all the while documenting the steps taken for resolution in a ticket. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualification and Skills
The successful candidate will have experience and skills in the MS Office products (Excel, Office and Word), an attention to detail, be task and schedule driven, experience with iOS and Android cellular devices, possess the ability to work in a team and be able to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
