AMI Strategies provides expense management services to our clients via a SaaS web application, temNOW. The temNOW Help Desk Representatives assist our clients via phone, email and ticketing communication. The successful candidate will be part of a team that supports several different clients and provides assistance with orders, reports, or other issues that may require troubleshooting to address the issue.
The successful candidate will provide first contact and incident resolution to clients with temNOW issues. Issues are submitted via calls, emails and ticket requests. Candidate will work through issues to completion with end user, all while documenting the steps taken for resolution in a ticket. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualification and Skills
The successful candidate with have experience and skills in the MS Office products (Excel, Office and Word), an attention to detail, be task and schedule driven, and possess the ability to work in a team and be able to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
